taqt is a tool for capturing your workday: voice tasks, work and break segments, and a markdown checkout at the end. it does not require account creation. it is not built around advertising, behavioral profiling, or selling personal data.
02 · what we collect
nothing for account registration, because there is no account.
what you create stays where you put it:
- task titles, work-log entries, and session data inside the app
- optional voice input you choose to record (transcribed locally)
- exported markdown files you generate to an icloud folder you pick
03 · permissions
- microphone: only when you actively press record
- speech recognition: only to turn spoken input into text
- file or folder access: only when you pick an export location yourself
04 · how the data is used
- to run the tracking, logging, and export features you choose
- to transcribe optional voice input into text inside the app
- to write the markdown files you ask taqt to generate
- to keep behavior consistent across apple platforms
05 · handling
- data is used only to operate features you choose to use
- no sale of personal data
- no advertising use
- no cross-app or cross-site behavioral profiling
- the website measures aggregated page views and link clicks cookielessly
06 · website analytics
taqt.eu records a small set of aggregated events: page views and important link clicks. the implementation is intentionally cookieless, with no ad trackers, no cross-site profiling, and no analytics local storage.
07 · third parties
if transcription or related processing uses apple system frameworks or approved third-party services, that processing is used only to deliver the requested feature. the website relies on standard hosting and delivery infrastructure to operate.
08 · your choices
- opt out of voice features at any time
- revoke app permissions in ios settings or macos system settings
- choose where exports are stored when the app offers that option
- stop using the website at any time. no account, nothing to delete.
